The University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, post-baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees.

The PLC Technician II program is offered through the Continuing Education department at ULM.
